Shipping Policy

Current Service Area

Cue & Felt currently ships eligible products to street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO or FPO addresses, or PO boxes unless checkout specifically confirms service.

Shipping Cost

Products marked for our US launch include free standard US shipping unless the product page or checkout states otherwise. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for the order.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Products available through our supplier's US inventory typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and remote addresses can extend delivery time.

Stock and Fulfilment

We verify US availability before advertising products, but supplier inventory can change between updates. Orders may be fulfilled from the supplier's US warehouse or other available US inventory. If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered on reasonable terms, we will contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected item.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@cueandfelt.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment, and additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted.

Damaged Deliveries

Inspect the package and product promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@cueandfelt.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video of the product, shipping label, outer box, and internal packaging. Keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.

Oversized Products

Full-size pool tables and freight items are not part of our current launch range. If added later, the relevant product page will state its freight cost, delivery area, appointment requirements, and whether installation is included before it is offered for sale.
